Navlux processes operational data on behalf of freight forwarding companies. Each customer operates within an isolated tenant workspace. We do not use customer operational data for freight brokerage, market intelligence, or shared AI training.
Data we process
Transport orders, shipment records, customer and subcontractor contact details, uploaded POD/CMR documents and invoices, portal credentials (encrypted at rest), and audit logs.
Tenant isolation
All operational entities are scoped per tenant. Users from one tenant cannot access data belonging to another. Support access is disabled by default and requires explicit authorization.
